Outside Lighting Test

I’ve decided to finally take one of my softboxes out of the closet and try some dusk shots using the thing. I’m not used to lugging around a light wherever I shoot, but I might start. I haven’t done them in a long time, so I might just start incorporating it, even in fast paced environments like weddings and such.

And who of course would be the best model to test out my setup? My youngest monkey Royce, of course! We shot in the backyard with the sun at golden hour and it made me realize I need to even out the lighting a little bit better and…I need to clean my backyard!!
